Shipping

We will ship items via freight services company or Local transportation to you upon receipt of your order. We will notify you when your order ships via email with tracking numbers for your shipment. We will wait until all pieces are available for shipment to minimize the number of packages sent. Most of ex-stock orders ship within 1 business days. In the rare event an order will be delayed we will contact you with information about your order.

Refund, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on parts with the following limitations.
1. Parts with manufacturing defects
2. Parts in the original state of packaging and original tags attached
3. Parts must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery

All decisions are subject to the final inspection and discretion of TBT Parts Shop. Return of items is not a guarantee of exchange or refund.

STEPS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with your product and all the above return/exchange policies are met:
1. Contact our customer service at sales@tbtparts.com
2. Provide our customer service your order details and reason for exchange/return
3. Insert your invoice into the return parcel and seal the parcel
4. Post your return item.
5. Provide our customer service the postal company and tracking number of the return parcel
6. Delivery fee for return items are to be borne by the customer
7. Return/exchange request will not be entertained if we do not receive the returned product

Once your return has been received:
1. Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has been received by our office for your exchange/refund to be processed.
2. A final inspection will be done to ensure that the returned product fulfils our return/exchange policies before processing
3. An exchange is subject to stock availability
4. In the event where the exchange stock is unavailable, you may opt for:
• Exchange with a different item
• Refund
5. You will be updated via email once your return is successful
